Lorriann Signori & Heilman Backpack

Born in Connecticut, Signori was drawn to painting from early childhood. Citing both the 19th century Tonalist and JMW Turner as inspiration, her work is less about the specific and more about the transcendental. “My goal is never to record a place, rather to understand the poetry of color through the landscape.”
